PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a function music are provided to select a music according to basic information and a current mental state/hearing object of a client and offer the selected music to the client when the client inputs information about the current mental state/hearing object together with basic information on a web. CONSTITUTION: A client DB(22) stores client information. A music DB(23) stores music files so that each music file has a code value. A music selection software(24) compares and analyzes a code value of a music file with a code value of a menu selected by a client through a web site(21), and instructs the music selection and transmission.
