摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic feeding system for a vehicle crash pad and a method for controlling the same automatically feeding a crash pad assembly into the inside of a vehicle and installing the same by a robot. SOLUTION: The system consists of a stage of detecting and correcting a position error of the crash pad on a supply conveyer by a first position sensor and correcting and clamping the crash pad, a stage of synchronizing an overhead hanger and a truck mounting the robot, a stage of detecting and correcting a position error of the robot unit to a B filler detection hole by a second sensor, a stage of entering the clamped crash pad into the inside of the vehicle and detecting a position error of the robot unit to an A filler detection hole by a third and a fourth position sensor to correct a position of the robot unit, and a stage of installing the crash pad onto a designated position by distance signals to an installation hole of the crash pad from a first and a second distance sensor.
