A neutral rinsing compsn. for dish-washing machines contains an adduct of propylene oxide and a water-sol. starch degradiation prod. Clak deposits from hard water are avoided without addn. of acid. China and glass are not attacked and foaming is avoided. The washed table-ware has a good polish and concd. compsns. are stable to storage and to cold.
