<225>Ac complexes comprising a functionalised polyazamacrocyclic chelant compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof complexed with <225>Ac, a conjugate comprising said complex covalently attached to a biological carrier, a pharmaceutical formulation comprising the <225>Ac conjugate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and a method of therapeutic treatment of a mammal having cancer comprising administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of said pharmaceutical formulation.
