SOLUTION: The purchaser 2 who has been enrolled as a member accesses a database management company 1 and retrieves his/her desired object from registered objects in an object database 12. At this point, the purchaser 2 transmits his/her desired conditions including an area, a railroad, and the price range to the database management company 1. The database management company 1 extracts from the object database 12 the objects likely to conform to the desired conditions received and supplies the information relevant to the object to the purchaser 2. If the purchaser 2 finds an object of his/her liking in the presented objects, he/her transmits the price of the selected object to the database management company 1. The offering information from the purchaser 2 is transmitted to a registrant who has registered the object selected by the purchaser. |
