PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the inside of the direct cooling compartment of a freezer/ refrigerator for business use uniformly. SOLUTION: Two cooling tubes are begun to be wound in parallel around the top plate 10 of the inner box 6 of the cooling compartment 1. The two cooling tubes 7 and 8 are laid separately on the left and right of the inner box and combined below the inner box before being led to a compressor 24. Liquid refrigerant is divided into two and fed to the cooling tubes 7 and 8 on the left and right of the inner box. The refrigerant is evaporated in the cooling tubes and the inner box 6 is cooled directly from the rear side. A temperature-sensitive fixing plate 17 is secured to the top plate 10 of the inner box corresponding to the intermediate position of cooling tubes 8b and 8c. An elastic heat insulating material 19 is contained in the temperature-sensitive fixing plate 17 and a temperature-sensitive element 20 is attached tightly to the top plate 10 of the inner box utilizing elasticity of the heat insulating material.
