PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric device having high electrical-continuity reliability. SOLUTION: A first and second electrodes 21, 22 of the electric device 1 are fixed with conductive particles 19 being pinched, the conductive particles 19 bite both of the first and second electrodes 21, 22, therefore, the conductive particles 19 is hard to be separated from the first and second electrodes 21, 22. Thus, the electric device of the electric device 1 has high electrical-continuity reliability. |
