PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide double control lever type nail clippers that are very easy to use especially for a disabled person and a carer, can be easily assembled and help reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: With an upper cutting edge 1a and a lower cutting edge 2a facing each other, the support portion 10 of an upper control lever and the support portion 11 of a lower control lever are inserted between upper and lower blades 1 and 2 respectively from support holes 6 and 7 and rotatably supported by a rotating connecting portion 12 between the upper and lower blade 1 and 2. The power point 13 of the upper control lever is located between the upper and lower edges 1a and 2a and the rotating connecting portion 12, engages with the outside of the support hole 7 by the lower blade 2. The power point 14 of the lower control lever is located between the upper and lower cutting edges 1a and 2a and the rotating connecting portion 12, and engages with the outside of the support hole 6 by the upper blade 1.
