<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running position correction device for an autonomous traveling body capable of simplifying a configuration of an ultrasonic mark used to correct an error between estimate running position of the autonomous traveling body moving in a predetermined zone and actual running position to make processing time fixed. SOLUTION: This running position correction device for the autonomous traveling body is provided with an infrared ray output means 16 outputting infrared rays, an ultrasonic wave detection means 17 detecting ultrasonic waves outputted by the ultrasonic mark, a counting means 18 counting response time from the time when the infrared ray output means 16 outputs infrared rays to the time when the ultrasonic wave detection means 17 detects ultrasonic waves outputted from the ultrasonic mark, and a distance detection means 19 detecting a distance between the autonomous traveling body and the ultrasonic mark based on the response time counted by the counting means 18. The response time until the autonomous traveling body receives ultrasonic waves outputted from the ultrasonic mark by responding to infrared rays outputted from the autonomous traveling body is measured, and the distance between the autonomous traveling body and the ultrasonic mark is detected to correct a running position of the autonomous traveling body.</p> |
