SOLUTION: A sender 1 who wishes to send an article notifies both the receiver 2 and a home delivery support service 3 that the sender requests the delivery of the article through an electronic mail. The home delivery support service 3 sends the electronic mail to the receiver specified by the electronic mail address to confirm the will of the receiver whether the receiver receives the article or not. When the will of receipt is confirmed, the information (such as address) necessary for the delivery of the article is notified to the sender. |
