PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of a layout, to shorten a shaft directional dimension, and to improve cooling performance and maintenability of a hydrostatic transmission(HST) 24 part for enhancing mounting performance to an ATV (A) in a hydromechanical transmission(HMT) T for dividing once torque inputted to an input shaft 25 from the engine 13 side, respectively transmitting the torque by a mechanical transmission(MT) 23 and the (HST) 24, synthesizing the torque again, and outputting the torque to the wheel (12), (16) side from an output shaft 26. SOLUTION: The HMT (T) is arranged on the car body right side of an engine 13 mounted in a transversely installed shape on a car body 1 of the ATV (A). The input shaft 25 and the output shaft 26 are mutually arranged in parallel to a crankshaft 13a of the engine 13. The input shaft 25 is directly connected to the crankshaft 13a. An input gear 27 of the MT 23 is arranged on the shaft. A hydraulic piston pump 30 of the HST 24 is connected to the car body right side end of the input shaft 25. A planetary gear mechanism 28 of the MT 23 is connected to the car body right side end of the output shaft 26. A hydraulic piston motor 31 of the HST 24 is connected to the car body right side.
