PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional accuracy of the thickness of a card passage. SOLUTION: A card reader 1 forms the card passage 5 for making a card travel between frames by oppositely arranging the fixed frame 2 and an opening- closing frame 3. The opening-closing frame 3 is rotated after sliding the opening- closing frame 3 to the fixed frame 2, and the opening-closing frame 3 is put in an opening state so that the card passage 5 is exposed.
