PURPOSE: A method and a system for opening an E-mail message through an interactive compensation using a communication network are provided to induce a message be publicized voluntarily. CONSTITUTION: In a method for publicizing an E-mail message using a communication network, a server receives an E-mail including a predetermined message from a user terminal being connected through the communication network(S135). The server checks whether the message of the user is publicized(S140). If the message of the user is publicized, the server stores the message in the database(S145). The server embodies a reading right capable of reading a message stored in the database of other user to the user(S155). If the user requests a publication of a predetermined message stored in the database, the server supplies the message to the user terminal.
