PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning rod which secures a sufficient binding force and has an excellent bending degree. SOLUTION: This spinning rod comprises a tip section 3 which comprises a fiber-reinforced resin prepared by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin and having a male screw 3a at a butt side end, and a cylindrical hollow butt section 2 having a receiving portion 2a for inserting the male screw 3a of the tip section 3 at the end on the tip section side. The male screw 3a is inserted into or threadedly engaged with the receiving portion 2a and simultaneously adhered and fixed.
