FACILITY RESERVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PARKING LOT RESERVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND FACILITY RESERVATION MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility reservation management system capable of enhancing the utilizing efficiency of a facility without dividing a residence space into that for a reserved vehicle and that for a non-reserved vehicle. SOLUTION: A parking lot management system to which the facility reservation management system is applied is provided with a reservation request accepting device 20 for accepting a reservation request application from a user, an entering/leaving controller 30 for deciding the validity/invalidity of entering in response to entering/leaving applications from the reserved vehicles and the non-reserved vehicles, a parking situation storing device 36 for storing the using situations of a parking lots by the reserved vehicles and the non- reserved vehicles, a reserving situation storing device 24 for storing the already accepted reservation information, and a reservation controller 22 for referring and comparing the already accepted reservation information with the using situation of the parking situation storing device 36 in response to the reservation request application from the reservation request accepting device 20, and decides the validity/invalidity of the acceptance of the reservation request application.
