PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear light source with which a high light utilization efficiency can be secured while keeping a big scattering angle of emitted light. SOLUTION: Light emitted from a light source equipment (1) is guided by a light guiding body (3) and is converted into a linear light. And the light guiding body (3) is equipped with a scattering face (rf) consisting of light diffusion pattern (3d) for emitting light from within. A dispersion hologram (H) lets the emitted light from the light guiding body (3A) exit almost perpendicularly to its emitting face (ex). |
