PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously injection-mold a plurality of hollow articles by adopting an intermediate plate which turns and displaces between a pair of fixed molds and a pair of movable molds. SOLUTION: The intermediate plate 12 is turnably and longitudinally movably provided between the pair of fixed molds 8 and the pair of movable molds 9. In this case, the fixed molds 8 are arranged in parallel on a fixed plate through a plate having hot runners 4 and 5. The movable molds 9 are arranged in parallel on a movable plate. The intermediate plate 12 has core molds 13 and 14, and protruding line molds 15 and 16 for forming a secondary cavity. The hot runner 4 is branch-connected with cavities 10 of both fixed molds and cavities 11 of both movable molds through the intermediate plate 12. After closing the fixed molds and the movable molds together with intermediate plate, a resin is injected and filled from the hot runner 4, and the half bodies of a plurality of hollow articles are primarily split-formed. Both half bodies are made to remain in respective cavities by opening the molds, and then, the intermediate plate 12 is removed by turning. Then, the half bodies are brought into contact by directly closing the fixed molds and the movable molds, and the resin is injected and filled from the hot runner 5 into a secondary cavity around the contact section. |
