PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve several problems based on a conventional two-folded process, such as difficulty in folding, causing expansion or deformation at a folding part, causing deformation or distortion at a side edge and impairing commodity value after production, concerning an air-permeable bag for packaging materials requiring air-permeability such as fresh foods and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: A bag body 1 is formed by connecting a front air-permeable sheets with a rear air-permeable sheet, and at least one of the two front and rear sheets is constituted of a gas-permeable film.
