PURPOSE:To reduce hardware in amount by inserting and extracting control information into and from a specific time slot of a highway after voice processing. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal is transmitted to a remote switchboard 6 through a time-division switch 2, digital voice signal arithmetic processor 3, and an inserting and extracting device 5 for control information. The principal part of switching control is performed by a master station and its control information is transferred to the device 5 according to prescribed transmission protocol by starting a remote control communication device 4 from a central controller 1 through an input/output bus 9. The device 5 inserts the control information into the specific time slot of the digital highway 8 after voice signal arithmetic processing and transmits it to a switchboard 6 through a highway 11 including the voice signal and switchboard control information. |
