<p>PURPOSE:To shorten an imaging time and to improve an imaging speed by counting the number of the black dot in one line and by impressing an energizing pulse into plural blocks simultaneously when the number is the prescribed number or below. CONSTITUTION:By the first counter 1, the number of the black dot in one line is counted, and the counting output is impressed to addresses A4-A11 of a conducting pulse pattern memory 3. In the memory 3, the pattern of the energizing pulse to respective blocks corresponding to the output of the first counter 1 is stored. Consequently, as the result of the above-mentioned counting, for example, when the total dot number of blocks 1 and 2 is the prescribed number or below, the strobing signal for conducting is outputted from outputs D6 and D7 of the memory 3. As the result, since the block 1 and the block 2 of a thermal head are energized simultaneously, the whole energizing time can be shortened for this only.</p> |
