PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool device having a rotatable guide pipe being movable in the axial direction, improving a hand tool device for generating a driving movement with, at least, a partial rotary movement, and sufficiently holding a sealing performance to the entry of dust in idle driving. SOLUTION: This hand tool device 1 for generating, at least, a partial rotary driving movement is provided with the guide pipe 6 rotating inside a housing 2 and being movable in the axial direction. The guide pipe 6 guides a free piston 3 movably in the axial direction, contractingly extends from a tool holder 4 across a driving member 5 to the region of the free piston 3, and prevents the idle driving by an axial stroke displacement 7. A sealing means 8 disposed between the guide pipe 6 and the housing 2 is provided with an axial seal element 9 for axial movement and a radial seal element 10 for the rotary movement.
