摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-chamber type wet exhaust gas desulfurization equipment capable of preventing the lowering of desulfurization capacity by suppressing a gas drift in a descending flow region without increasing the power of a desulfurization fan, high in reliability and capable of being operated stably. SOLUTION: A gas rectifying means (a guide vane 18 protruded from the leading end of a partition plate to an ascending flow region side) is provided to the leading end of the partition plate 4 dividing the space in an absorbing column main body 1 into the ascending flow region 12 and the descending flow region 13. The revolving radius in the reversing part of a gas flow is ensured by the guide vane 18 and a start point of revolution is preliminarily shifted toward the ascending flow region 12 by the revolving radius. Therefore, the flow of exhaust gas begins to revolve at the leading end of the guide vane 18 and the exhaust gas flows in the descending flow region 13 almost uniformly over the whole of the cross-sectional direction of the gas flow of the descending flow region 13 while flows along the guide vane 18 without being peeled from the partition plate and without forming a vortex.</p>
