PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a position of delivery destination even if the information which becomes a clue for checking the position of the delivery destination is unclear, to provide a PHS terminal unit allowing the communication between a customer and a delivery company or a sales company simply, and to improve the efficiency of delivery work in the delivery company. SOLUTION: The PHS terminal unit in which an address of the delivery company and a telephone number of a section in charge for receiving a question or a complaint for an article are registered is lent to the customer desiring the delivery of the article to be purchased, and the delivery company searches a position of the PHS terminal unit held by the customer to specify a delivery position of the article and deliver it to the customer and recovers the lent PHS terminal unit from the customer upon customer's confirmation of delivery of the article.
