PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate without poor appearance by using an adhesive resin composition containing a modified ethylene-propylene-based copolymer manufactured by a melting method and provide a food packaging material such as a cup without poor appearance by solid phase air pressure molding of the laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a modified ethylene-propylene-based copolymer composition by melting and mixing 100 pts.mass of an ethylene-propylene-based copolymer having ethylene component content of 5 to 20 mol.%, MFR of 0.4 to 200 g/10 min., density of 0.860 to 0.900 g/cm, and melting point of 40 to 80°C, the ethylene-propylene-based copolymer prepared by using a metallocene catalyst, 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of (b) an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound and 0.01 to 5.0 pts.wt. of (c) an organic peroxide having a peroxy ester structure or a diacyl peroxide structure having 1 minute half-life temperature of 140°C or less. There is also provided a laminate having an adhesive layer composed of an adhesive resin composition comprising the manufactured modified ethylene-propylene-based copolymer composition. |
