PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a pickup work by shortening a pickup cycle time per one leadless semiconductor element. SOLUTION: The pickup device of the leadless semiconductor element comprises a pickup table 21 for intermittently rotating via a pickup position Pa and receiving and delivering positions Pb, Pc of the semiconductor element 1 at a peripheral edge, a plurality of vertically movable adsorption nozzles 22 provided at equal intervals at the peripheral edge of the table 21, and a vertical moving means 28 for vertically moving the nozzles 22 at the pickup position. The nozzles 22 are engaged with cam grooves 27 of a cam 26 fixed to a static member formed concentrically with the table 21. The nozzles 22 are vertically moved by the grooves 27 of the can 25 to provide the difference of high and low positions between the pickup position Pa and the positions Pb, Pc.
