PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reusability of a software program by configuring the software program independently of a characteristic of a lamp by means of a software component. SOLUTION: A lamp control component C2 is adopted for a software program to control an exposure lamp and formed independently of a client software module C1 and when a lamp-on request comes from a client, the lamp control component activates the lamp and discriminates that the luminous quantity is made stable and informs the client about lamp preparation OK. When a lamp OFF request comes from the client, the lamp control component controls lamp OFF. Since the lamp control component shares the processing depending on the physical characteristic of the lamp, it is not required to revise the client software even when the lamp is changed.
