PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL fluorescent material laminated thin film and EL element to emit light in a high luminance. SOLUTION: This has at least one compound as the main component wherein the mother material is selected among alkaline earth thioaluminate, alkaline earth thiogallate and alkaline earth thioinlate, and the fluorescent material thin film into which rare-earth element is added as the light-emitting center, and a dielectric thin film having alkaline earth-containing oxide, and/or titanium- containing oxide are laminated.
