PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working cap having a hair falling preventing structure capable of more suppressing the falling of hair of the head. SOLUTION: This working cap comprises at least a cap body part 1 and flaps 2a and 2b on both sides. The cap body part 1 covers at least the whole hair of the head and both ears of a wearer and the flap parts 2a and 2b further extend from both sides of the cap body part 1 so as to cover an area extending from temple through cheeks to even a jaw. Both the flap parts 2a and 2b are provided with pipings 3a and 3b for threading a string from the temple part to the jaw part. Strings 4a and 4b are respectively threaded through both the pipings 3a and 3b. Each end of both the strings 4a and 4b is fixed to the back part of interior of the pipings 3a and 3b and each of the other end emerges from the pipings 3a and 3b. Parts 5 located in the pipings 3a and 3b are composed of an elastically stretchable material.
