PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device enabled to supply a constant electric power to a magnetic flux generating means independent of fluctuation of the voltage of power source, and enabled to apply a stable heat treatment by restraining the device from fluctuating at warm-up time, and to provide an image forming device equipped with this heating device. SOLUTION: A power control part 812 detects the voltage generated at a magnetic flux generating means 15, and the power, supplied from a commercial AC power source 801 to an exciting coil 18 of the magnetic flux generating means 15, is controlled corresponding with the detected voltage.
