PURPOSE: A method of displaying memos is provided to display a memo on a screen of an external device, or to display a memo registered in the external device on a screen of a multifunction complex media TV, thereby supplying a memo function by interworking with the external device. CONSTITUTION: A multifunction complex media apparatus inputs a message by setting a memo function, and sets a portable terminal with a date. The multifunction complex media apparatus gives an ID to a message whose present date is equal to the set date, and transmits the message to a wireless provider server via a specific communication network. The wireless provider server analyses the transmitted message to decide the targeted portable terminal, and synthesizes a recognition number of the portable terminal with the message to convert into a wireless standard signal, then delivers the signal. The portable terminal analyses the received signal to decide the signal as a self message, and displays a memo window on a screen to display the message.
