PURPOSE: A device for automatically restoring pedals of a bicycle is provided to stably perform startup of a bicycle by automatically restoring pedals of the bicycle to the designated position stably. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically restoring pedals of a bicycle is composed of a fixed housing(110), a rotary plate(120), a fitting member(143), and a push device(130). The fixed housing is fixed to a side of the bicycle frame having a connecting shaft inserted within. The rotary plate is installed to the inside of the fixed housing with a windup spring and has a cylindrical member(121) formed to a side. The fitting member forms a fitting piece(143a) to a side and the connecting shaft is inserted in within. The push device is fixed to the periphery of the fixed housing, and the push device dislocates a locking member(124) from the fixed housing by operating a tension wire. Therefore, the pedal is automatically restored to the desired position and the startup is stably performed. Convenience is obtained because not requiring operation of the pedal by the topside of the foot of a driver.
