PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide devil's tongue jelly having a characteristic excellent also in nutrient balance included in bean-curd refuse, in addition to characteristics included in devil's tongue, such as glycemic control action, serum lipid control action, weight control action and constipation amelioration effect. SOLUTION: The objective method for producing devil's tongue jelly comprises dissolving in water bean-curd refuse together with glucomannan and filling the resultant solution thus obtained in a container followed by gelatinizing the solution in the container. |
