<p>A locking device for the conventional hitch pin on a trailer wherein the device includes a generally U-shaped rigid ones piece collar member havi ng an enlarged opening dimensioned to slidably receive the recessed neck portio n of the hitch pin. The legs and of the collar member are provided with a pair of oppositely facing counterbores and a through bore that are dimensioned to receive a tempered steel bar member and a lock member for captively engaging the bar member across the enlarged opening in the collar member.</p> |
