PURPOSE: A noise reducing structure of a disk drive is provided to change a cushion attached structure for enhancing a hermetic character between a case and a bezel, so as to easily attach the cushion and reduce poor attachment of the cushion. CONSTITUTION: A tray(53) loads a disk(53), and is installed to perform a straight-line motion. A bezel(55) is attached on the front of the tray. A case(57) in which the tray and the bezel are built is arranged. A cushion(59) for enhancing a hermetic character between the case and the bezel is installed on a front part of the case contacting with the rear of the bezel. The cushion is attached with a band shape along the up, down, right and left sides of the front of the case. And the cushion includes an insertion groove(59a) in which the front part of the case is inserted, and is attached on the case through the insertion groove.
