PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission line that suppresses fluctuations in coupling capacitance between upper are lower transmission lines and prevents deterioration in self-resonance frequency. SOLUTION: In the high frequency transmission line where a transmission line conductor 6 and a transmission line conductor 7 connected to the transmission line conductor 6 and at least part of which is opposed to the transmission line conductor 6 are layered via a dielectric layer 2 and the line width of the transmission line conductor 6 and the line width of the transmission line conductor 7 differ from each other at an area in which the transmission line conductors 6, 7 are opposed to each other, notch parts 10e-10g are formed on the area of the transmission line conductor 7 with the wider line width in which the transmission line conductor 7 is opposed to the transmission line conductor 6. |
