PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of nylon partially oriented yarn(POY) which is characterized by minimizing tension change of yarn-group, improving unevenness degree(U%) of fineness, having excellent spinning workability, increasing spinning velocity, being possible to produce nylon POY having small transient change and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The nylon partially oriented yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: winding the yarn-group 3-7times around the first godet rollers(1) and the second godet rollers(2); not heating the first godet rollers(1) and the second godet rollers(2); drawing in a draw ratio of 1.005-1.03; and winding on maximum 6000m/min. of winding velocity to produce the yarn having 1.4-4.0denier of single yarn fineness. |
