PURPOSE: A method for reserving a game contest using the Internet is provided to reserve a game contest justly and perform a transparent transaction results and electronic commerce through an on-line payment. CONSTITUTION: Each game contest and participators are recorded in a game contest managing DB and a participator managing DB of a network server(S2). If one out of a game contest operator, participators, and teams performs a log-in process through the Internet, a job selection screen is displayed for selecting a reservation related job(S3). If a reservation job is selected, a reservation possible date is displayed(S4). If a date is selected, the appointed day reservation possible time is displayed(S5). If a reservation time is selected, reservation related information is displayed and a reservation condition is adjusted(S6). If the reservation is completed, a paying method is selected(S7). The selected paying method and payment information are transmitted to a charge payment system(S8). If the payment is achieved, payment details are recorded in a payment managing DB and a payment state is recorded in the reservation condition(S18). If the payment does not achieved, the reservation contents are deleted/updated and the deletion is informed to the user(S19).
