PURPOSE: An apparatus of mat having voice and music down load and output function on Internet and control method thereof are provided to maximize an advertisement effect of a business store and improve a service by downloading and storing various voices, music and characters desired by users by using a wired/wireless data communication and automatically outputting greetings, business store announcement and advertisement voice, music or characters upon sensing a passage and an entry of clients. CONSTITUTION: A personal computer(200) searches a voice, music and character data by being connected to a management server(100) through the Internet, and selects a specific data to be downloaded and a specific mat unit(500) in order to request downloading. A mobile terminal(400) searches a voice, music and a character data by being connected to the management server(100) through a wireless communication network, and selects a specific data to be downloaded and a specific mat unit(500) in order to request downloading. A radio base station(300) relays a data signal requested by the mobile terminal(400) to the management server(100) through the Internet, and relays and downloads a specific data transmitted from the management server(100) to the specific mat unit(500) through the wireless communication network. The management server(100) provides a voice, music and character data list previously stored in a database to the personal computer(200) or the mobile terminal(400), downloads the specific data requested by the personal computer(200) or the mobile terminal(400) to the selected specific mat unit(500), calculates a use charge by terminals and charges/informs the personal computer(200) or the mobile terminal(400) of the charge. The mat unit(500) includes a mat sensor for sensing a client's access, a voice output unit and a character output unit for downloading and storing a voice, music or character data and outputting it selectively. |
