PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield for an electronic device at a low cost. SOLUTION: A metal foil (10) and a metal plate (1) are used for an electromagnetic shield for an electronic device. A protrusion (11) is formed on the metal foil (10) by winding up its end edge. This protrusion (11) is engaged with a hole (30) provided in the metal plate (1). The metal foil (10) is further fixed to the metal plate (1) with a screw (80).
