APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING ZINC FROM SLUDGE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating zinc from sludge of a blast furnace is provided to recycle the low zinc sludge as a raw material for the blast furnace after separating high zinc sludge and low zinc sludge from sludge collected in a Bischoff scrubber according to contents of zinc constituents. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for separating zinc from sludge of a blast furnace comprising a thickener(10) concentrating sludge collected in a Bischoff scrubber of the blast furnace, a dilution tank(20) into which a diluting water is supplied after pumping sludge settled on the lower part of the thickener(10) with a sludge pump, and in which an agitator(40) is installed, and a cyclone(80) classifying the sludge after pumping the diluted sludge with a feed pump(60), the apparatus further comprises a low zinc sludge treatment part dehydrating low zinc sludge in the sludge classified by the cyclone(80); a high zinc sludge treatment part dehydrating high zinc sludge; and an overflow water treatment part feedbacking overflow water generated from the above units to the thickener(10).
