PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an urethane roller capable of obtaining an urethane roller having smooth and flawless surface property and specifically good toner supplying property in a simplified process which doesn't exist before. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the urethane roller is comprised of a leading process leading the urethane roller 1, in which an urethane-foamed layer is integrally formed in an outer periphery of a shaft, into a die 2, and a foam-breaking process breaking foam in a skin layer located in the surface of the urethane foamed layer by means of decompressing inside the die 2. |
