PURPOSE: A video camera for a computer is provided to immediately obtain a user's image when a sensing signal is applied, by adding a sensor, and to transmit the obtained image to a server connected to a network, thereby confirming the user's ID. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(12) is composed of a lens for obtaining an image of a subject to be pictured. An image sensor(14) receives an image signal of the subject, and generates an analog image signal of the subject. An A/D converter(16) converts the analog signal into a digital signal. A CPU(22) inputs the digital image signal, and transmits the signal to a computer(18) through a computer interface(20). A memory(23) temporarily stores digital data of the image signal. A sensor(24) senses an access of the subject, and applies a sensing signal to the CPU to apply the signal for obtaining the image signal of the subject through the receiver. A switch(26) turns on/off power of the computer to an image camera.
