PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web conveying roller, a web conveying method, a web conveying device and a web winding device preventing a coated face of a coating web from adhering to the web conveying roller and making feeding impossible when a coil is changed. SOLUTION: This web conveying roller conveys the coated web having the coated face formed by applying coating material on at least one face of a belt type support body and by drying it. The web conveying roller comprising a barrel having an outer circumferential face formed by low tackiness rubber with a cohesion of 20 g/cm2 or less when pressed and contacted on the coated face at a pressing force of 0.55 MPa and a pressing time of 20 seconds, the web conveying device having the web conveying roller and a nip roll, the winding device comprising a winding shaft and the web conveying device and the web conveying method are provided.
