PURPOSE: An HDNS(Hybrid Domain Name Service) offering system and method is provided to offer internet services, for example, a bulletin board, a notification or documents to a visiting client regardless of an information offering client using or not using an HDNS. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a client 2 inputting a domain of a client 1(S410), the domain data of the client 1 being transmitted to a DDNS(Dynamic Domain Name Server), the DDNS transmitting to an access server an IP or a URL changed according to access state data of the client 1 to the HDNS(S420), if the client 1 is currently using the HDNS, the access server connecting the client 2 to the client 1(S430), if the client is not using the HDNS, the access server connecting the client 2 to an internet server(S440), the internet server receiving from the access server a request of the client 2 to the client 1, extracting a service list of the client 1 such as a bulletin board, a notification and documents from an individual member service allocation database, and transmitting the extracted list to the client 2(S450), and the client 2 directly being connected to the client 1 or receiving a part of the service of the client 1, then performing desired tasks, and stopping a process(S460).
