PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily perform laying leveling work in an execution surface having a projection, and to form a pavement surface equal to ordinary laying-leveling by a laying leveling machine. SOLUTION: By using the laying leveling machine 1 by mounting a pavement material supply device 10 for supplying a pavement material on the execution surface, respectively liftable plural blade plates 21, 42, 47 and 53 arranged in the direction orthogonal to the advancing direction, liftable screeds 31, 31' and 31" in order from the vehicle advancing directional front on a mobile vehicle, while laying and leveling the pavement material by the screeds positioned in the prescribed laying leveling height H in front and in rear of the projection 8 projecting on the execution surface, the screeds are positioned above the projection in an existing area of the projection, and in a state of positioning a specific blade plate of a position abutting on the projection above the projection, the pavement material is cut and leveled by the blade plates other than the specific blade plate positioned in the prescribed cutting leveling height I.
