PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition having high capacitance and relative dielectric constant and satisfying the X7R characteristics and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which uses the above composition. SOLUTION: The composition contains the following components to 100 mol barium titanate in terms of BaTiO3. The components are 1 to 3 mol magnesium oxide in terms of MgO, 1 to 5 mol dysprosium oxide in terms of Dy2O3, 0.5 to 5 mol barium oxide and calcium oxide in total in terms of BaO and CaO, 0.01 to 0.1 mol vanadium oxide in terms of V2O5, 1 to 5 mol or more silicon oxide in terms of SiO2, 0.1 to 1 mol manganese oxide in terms of MnO, and tantalum oxide, tungsten oxide, vanadium oxide and molybdenum oxide in terms of Ta2O5, WO3, V2O5 and MoO3, respectively, satisfying 0.01 mol<=Ta2 O5+WO3+V2O5+MoO3<=1.0 mol, 0 mol<=Ta2O5, 0 mol<=WO3, 0 mol<=V2O5 and 0 mol<=MoO3. |
