SOLUTION: A reward point exchange managing device comprises a database server equipped with at least a user personal information table, a user point data table, a game participant data table, and a database for point managing operation and a Web server equipped with a game participation accepting means which sends a game participation picture and accepts applications, a game winner determining means which closes participant application at predetermined intervals of time and computes a predetermined number of game winners among game participants, a winner allotment computing means, a winner notifying means, an allotment point adding means which adds an allotment to the user point table of each winner, and a point managing operation means. |
