The system has a lock case including a dead bolt to which two microswitches are associated. One of the microswitches locks an access door when the microswitch is connected by a turn of a key, and the other microswitch triggers activation of a home automation unit when the latter microswitch is connected by another turn of the key. A mechatronic cylinder has a microprocessor and a memory for managing access rights. The microprocessor communicates with the key.
