PURPOSE: A bi-directionally coupled duct is provided to facilitate assembling work and to improve sealing capability by installing a direction-convertible locking unit and inserting a seal to a middle portion thereof. CONSTITUTION: A bi-directionally coupled duct comprises a rod type operational lever(1), a plurality of direction convertible devices(3) arranged in a row to the operational lever so as to be vertically protruded, a plurality of locking units(2) engaged with the direction convertible device, and a packing inserted into a middle portion of the duct for sealing. The direction convertible device consists of a semi-circular coupling portion(3-1), a coupling rod(3-2) connected with the coupling portion, and a spring(3-3) inserted into the coupling rod. The locking unit consists of an engaging portion(2-1), and a hinge(2-2) fixed to a middle portion of the engaging portion to rotate the engaging portion.
