PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a substitute of CaO in sinter mixture raw material and sintered ore therefrom are provided. The sintered ore of the present invention has high strength while having less amount of slag content. CONSTITUTION: The substitute of CaO in sinter mixture raw material is prepared by blending (i) 45-78 wt% of blast furnace sludge comprising T.Fe 58-72 wt%, CaO 7-20 wt% and other inevitable impurities with (ii) 22-55 wt% of limestone sludge comprising CaO 45-55 wt% and other inevitable impurities; baking the blended mixture at higher than 1180°C for at least 30 minutes. The substitute of CaO of the present invention comprises T.Fe 26.1-56.2 wt%, CaO 15.4-39.3 wt% and other inevitable impurities.
